Greetings! My name is Rachel Muwanga. In plain text, I am an organizational strategist and systems designer. In essence, I'm Tinker Bell for businesses. I’ve spent the last 8 years managing projects, organizing chaos, and building out back-end systems that support creatives, mystics, healers, and neurodivergents.

 

The Art Midwife was born after co-creating AND attending a doula certification program in

Detroit, Michigan, in 2023. Sitting in both the role of organizer and participant gave me a unique lens

that made the mission clear: help birth businesses and support post-partum visionaries. 

 

I’ve gathered the wisdom, failures, and hard-earned lessons from years in the field to create a

container that supports your expansion. No matter where you are in the gestation or post-partum

process, together we'll build systems that allow your natural genius to emerge without burnout

or self-abandonment.
